Our Company

Anchor Staffing Group was born out of a recognized need for change within the staffing industry and how most agencies operate without the knowledge and experience to make a true fit. We have seen first-hand where agents call a MySQL DBA for a DB2 administration position or calling a .Net Developer for a Data Analyst position. The list goes on and on, and we are sure that anyone who has worked with staffing agencies has similar stories which is what we are here to change. Our mission is to find out exactly what our clients need and match that with candidates who are an exact match for the position and culture.

Our Team

David is a SQL Server Database Administrator/ Developer holding certifications for many SQL Server versions as well as his ITIL certification. He is comfortable developing .Net, having created and deployed several solutions throughout his IT career. He has founded a data services consulting firm and is also a Colorado native who enjoys camping, boating, hiking, biking, and other outdoor activities.

Cory has been running restaurants of all kinds for over 20 years reaching a position as high as Vice President of Operations. He knows what it takes to get the right people in the right place for company owners and managers at all levels. When he is not out coaching a competitive youth baseball team or spending time with his family you can find him helping others be better at their careers as he is always coaching others into being better at their chosen professions.

Our Background

In their almost 30 years of combined experience as technology professionals and hiring managers within technology companies, along with 20 years of experience in the resaurant industry, Larry, David, and Cory have extensive experience with working with staffing agencies, finding and interviewing candidates, and being interviewed themselves. Through this experience, they have gained remarkable insight into determining business needs for a company and finding the true fit for a given position. This history gives them the unique advantage of having a different approach to staffing by eliminating the high-pressure sales approach and drawing from what they know in order to match candidates to the right position without overselling or forcing the issue on either side. Larry has been a Senior Developer for over a decade and David has been a Senior Database Engineer/ Developer for 15 years, along with Cory who has held VP and director-level management positions, all working side-by-side with the hiring managers that Anchor Staffing Group currently works with and we know exactly what it's like to work in the industry.
